Please note that 2026 French & Pickering members enjoy registration list priority to this event until Sunday, August 23 at 11:59pm. Before this deadline, members that register will be added to the registration list, and non-members that register will be put on a waitlist. After this deadline, we will email non-members who registered during member early access to confirm their registration. If space fills during the member early access period, non-members waiting on their confirmation will be added to a waitlist and notified. 

Starting Monday, August 24, if registration space is still available, members will no longer have registration list priority and registration will become first come, first serve. If you wish to attend – whether you are a member or not – please register as early as possible for the best chance of securing a spot. Want early access to our most popular programs to ensure your spot on the registration list?
