Templin Woods Preserve
The Templin Woods Preserve, formerly named the Great Marsh Preserve, is over 500 acres of woodland wildlife habitat. This valuable natural space is home to birds of the deep woods and can be explored via our hilly 3-mile or 1-mile looped trails through a mature forest.

Thomas P. Bentley Nature Preserve
This gorgeous, historic and bio-diverse preserve has been a project in the works for several years. Thanks to our supporters, volunteers and staff, French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust is proud to own and protect the Thomas P. Bentley Nature Preserve.
Know Before You Go
Dog Policy: While our Preserves welcome canine companions, dogs must be leashed and remain on our dog-friendly trails at all times. Please note that the Waters Way trail at the Thomas P. Bentley Nature Preserve (the green trail) and the 1-mile trail loop at the Templin Woods Preserve (the blue trail) are currently off-limits to dogs due to sensitive plant and animal habitat along the trails. Follow signage and practice “leave no trace” by picking up after your dog.
