LOCATION: Anna’s Oak, Thomas P. Bentley Nature Preserve

Join us as bird whisperer, Dawn White, presents “Birds of Prey”. Join educators, human and avian, from Indian Run Environmental Education Center for an up close look at birds of prey and their adaptations for survival. Meet live hawks and owls, and examine feathers, wings and more to learn about these birds, their natural history and conservation efforts to protect them and their habitats. Non-releasable due to permanent injuries sustained in the wild, these birds now reside at IREEC, which is based in Glenmoore, PA.

This will be a lecture- style presentation with live animals.

Limit 40 participants.
